Service description

This app is a guitar practice tool offering amplifier presets, guided exercises, progress tracking and practice resources. It is not a music streaming service or a third-party content distribution platform.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for your personal guitar practice.

You may not attempt to circumvent Firestore security rules, access other users' data, or use the app for any illegal activity.

App content (presets, exercises, texts) is for personal and educational use.

User accounts

Accounts are created through Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's side menu.

Service availability

We provide the service "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee continuous service availability.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for loss of practice data due to technical failures, browser behavior, or user actions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The last updated date indicates the current version. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Tone Presets & Settings: Amplifier preset values are approximations of well-known recorded tones, derived from public community spreadsheets, interviews, and personal ear-matching. They are not factory presets, are not endorsed by any amplifier manufacturer, and individual results will vary based on guitar, pickups, room, and signal chain.

Embedded Media: YouTube videos, lyrics, and any third-party content displayed inside this app are streamed or linked directly from their original platforms. They remain subject to the terms of service and copyright of those platforms and their respective owners.

Privacy: Practice progress, BPM history, and session feedback are stored in your browser (localStorage) and, when you sign in, in your private Firebase® account document. No personal practice data is shared publicly or sold.
